MY HEALTH ONLINE - Register for the My Health Online internet service to request repeat medication and/or book appointments online. Please ask at reception for a registration form and return the completed form along with photo ID.
MY HEALTH TEXT - Please update the practice with your correct mobile telephone numbers. We can then send you text messages for appointment reminders and clinic appointment invites using this service. Also you are able to cancel your appointments using the appointment reminder text messaging service.
